Saint Germain Bakery was founded in 1986 and has commissioned pastry chefs from France, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia to pass baking techniques to staff. The bakery makes cakes and pastries using natural ingredients including vanilla from bean pods, fresh fruit for jams, fresh cream from Calgary, and imported chocolates. The bakery offers image and message scanning on cake surfaces.
