About Circling Hawk Honey & Mead
Three generations are involved in the farm at Circling Hawk Honey & Mead. Co-owned and operated by Gregg Scott and Michele Mihalik, the farm is home to honeybee colonies and an orchard featuring haskap, apples, pears, raspberries, sea buckthorn and elderberry. They craft small-batch mead and fruit wines.
