About Birroteca by Indie Alehouse
Eataly partnered with Indie Alehouse on its in-house brewery, beer shop and tasting room. Birroteca by Indie Alehouse features several beers exclusive to Eataly, rotating flavours inspired by seasonal ingredients, and collaborations with Ontario-based brewers. Chefs prepare Italian dishes to pair with craft beer.
