Second location of Nga Son Vietnamese Cuisine, at 6061 Hwy 7 in Markham. Soft-shell crab comes two ways: bún riêu, a crab and tomato noodle soup, and bánh canh cua with thick, chewy tapioca noodles. Broth and noodles packed separately for delivery. Kitchen hours are 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
