Open to the energy of joy? Open to moving as one? We are all connected. Our DNA remembers this connection through clay. In our cells, we hold the memory of all creation. Guided by a Zen Buddhist practitioner and registered art therapist, explore simple physical practices with clay designed to bring you into the moment while deepening and expanding awareness that we are all connected. At the end of the workshop we return the clay to its original form, letting go of what was created and ready to begin anew. This workshop welcomes everyone, whether you are new to or familiar with clay, breath, and presence.
